Merchandise Availability 
The Products featured on Lariyahome.com are subject to stock availability. If the Products are not available after your order has been processed online, we will inform you via email. 

Orders, Promotions & Samples 
All our promotions and samples are subject to availability and our prevailing terms and conditions. Save for any errors, the prices of the Products displayed at the check-out are final and will be reflected on the website, any of Lariyahome 's Social media platforms such as its Facebook and Instagram, and on its Order Confirmation. No other prices shall be applicable to the Products. While Lariyahome endeavours that all prices on Lariyahome.com are correct, errors may occur. If Lariyahome discover an error in the price of a Product you have ordered, Lariyahome will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of proceeding with your Order at the correct price or cancelling it. If Lariyahome.com are unable to contact you, the Order will be treated as cancelled, and you will be refunded accordingly. Lariyahome.com gift cards, gift vouchers or any promotional vouchers cannot be used to offset online purchases on Lariyahome.com unless stated otherwise. 

Cancellation of Orders 
Lariyahome.com do not accept any cancellation or modification of Order once we have confirmed the Order. Hence, it is important that you check your order before proceeding with the payment. Notwithstanding that the Order has been accepted and confirmed, Lariyahome.com reserves the right to cancel the Order or any part thereof at any time without giving you any reasons. Lariyahome.com will inform you of any such cancellation via email and will refund you accordingly without interest. All refunds will be credited without interest into the same credit card that was used for the Order. Please note that it takes approximately 21 days for a credit return to your card to be effective. 
 

Product Information 
Please note that while the Products on Lariyahome.com are portrayed as accurately as possible, the colour and texture of the merchandise may differ depending on the accuracy of your monitor. Your monitor may not accurately depict the colour and texture of the merchandise. All material and information presented by Lariyahome.com is intended to be used for personal or informational purposes only. All Products available on Lariyahome.com, including any samples Lariyahome.com may provide to you, are for your personal use only. You may not sell or resell any Product you purchased or otherwise received from Lariyahome.com. 
 

Local Delivery 
Local delivery service is available for eligible residential and office addresses within Singapore, except hotels and such other locations with restricted access. Lariyahome.com reserves the right to decline any delivery to any address with restricted access or is inaccessible. Refer to Shipping and Returns page for Shipment. There will be no delivery service on Sundays and Public Holidays or any blackout dates imposed by Lariyahome.com. Lariyahome.com endeavors to deliver within the date and time stipulated in the Order Confirmation. Lariyahome.com reserves the right to reschedule the time and/or date of delivery and will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time and/or date. You are responsible for ensuring that a recipient is present to receive the delivery and to sign on Lariyahome.com assigned courier's delivery note during the specified time slot. You may be charged redelivery fee at the prevailing rate for each additional delivery trip. Should there be any unavailable items in the Order, Lariyahome.com will contact you for further arrangements. There will be a re-delivery charge at the prevailing rate imposed on you in case of any changes in delivery details after the delivery has been made or attempted. 

  

Customs, banned and restricted items 
It’s the Customer’s responsibility to check with their local customs laws for information concerning banned or restricted items in their countries. We are required by law to declare our shipments according to our Products actual contents and value, and should delivery be refused due to Customer’s lack of foresight, we Lariyahome.com will not be held responsible for any additional shipping, taxes, customs fee, service fee, administration fee, warehousing fee or whatsoever related to customs and all these costs shall be absorbed by Customer. 
 

Payments 
Lariyahome.com accepts GooglePay, ApplePay and all major credit and debit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Please note that mode of payment cannot be changed once you have submitted the order online. 
 

Fraud Protection Policy 
As part of our order processing procedures, we screen all received orders for fraud or other types of unauthorized or illegal activity. We reserve the right to refuse to process an order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. If such is the case, we may reject your order or our Lariyahome team may call you at the phone number you provided (or use your email address) to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity. 
 

Currency 
All prices stated on Lariyahome.com are in Singapore Dollars unless otherwise stated. 
 

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy 
Lariyahome.com is committed to providing you with quality products. However, if you wish to request a refund or exchange for any purchased product if the product does not meet your reasonable expectations, please do so within 14 days upon receiving the product(s), in addition, with proof, in order for us to assist in refunds or product replacement. 

Where a Product is defective, not of satisfactory quality or fitness for purpose, you may return the Product for an exchange or a refund of the amount paid for the Product without interest at the absolute discretion of Lariyahome.com, subject to the applicable law. Products must be returned with any free gift(s) and/or gift card(s) given with respect to the returned Product. 

Lariyahome.com will not bear any shipping or postal charges incurred by customers during the process of return, exchange or refund of merchandise. Lariyahome.com may at its sole discretion reimburse any costs of return of defective Products incurred by you, provided that you submit to Lariyahome.com proof of such costs incurred. 

You are required to contact Lariyahome.com at Lariyahome@gmail.com prior to any local or international returns and we will assist with the return process of providing the address and extra information. All refunds will be credited without interest into the same credit card that was used for the Order. If you obtain refund for any Products for which rebates have been credited, corresponding number of rebates for the Products returned will be deducted from your account.
